This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

Account means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service.
Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
Application refers to KT CLASH, the software program provided by the Company.
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to KenTash Streetwear, TAMAN MAWAR KINARUT PAPAR SABAH 89600 MALAYSIA.
Country refers to: Malaysia
Device means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, a cellphone or a digital tablet.
Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
Service refers to the Application.
Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies or individuals employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself (for example, the duration of a page visit).
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

1. Information We Collect

KT Clash collects limited data necessary to provide essential game functionality and improve player experience.
The following data may be collected automatically through third-party SDKs:

Name and Email Address – collected when you sign in through Facebook Login, used only for account creation and authentication.
App Interactions – anonymous gameplay activity and usage statistics collected via Firebase Analytics to help us understand player engagement and improve performance.
Crash Logs and Diagnostics – technical data collected via Firebase Crashlytics to detect and fix app errors, crashes, and performance issues.
Device Identifiers – unique device or app instance IDs used by Firebase SDKs for analytics and security purposes.

We do not collect payment information, precise location data, health data, messages, or media files.

2. Facebook user_friends Permission

KT Clash may request access to your Facebook friend list (via the user_friends permission) to enable in-game social features. This permission allows players to:

View which Facebook friends also play KT Clash.
Compete with friends in leaderboards and friendly battles.
Send and receive gifts, challenges, or invitations within the game.

The friend list data is used solely within the KT Clash ecosystem to enhance player connectivity and gameplay experience. KT Clash does not store or share your Facebook friend data externally or with any third party. This information is only processed temporarily through Facebook’s SDK to provide gameplay features such as social leaderboards and friend-based matchmaking.

You may revoke this permission at any time through your Facebook privacy settings or within the in-game account settings menu.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely for:

Account management and authentication
Improving app stability and performance
Analyzing usage trends to enhance gameplay experience
Protecting against fraudulent or abusive behavior

We do not sell, trade, or rent user data, and we do not use your information for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing

KT Clash does not share data with external organizations beyond trusted third-party services necessary for app functionality:

Facebook Login SDK – for user authentication
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics – for analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting

All data transmitted between your device and our servers (or third-party SDKs) is encrypted in transit using secure protocols.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain only minimal data required for account management and analytics.
You can request the deletion of your account and associated data anytime by contacting us at:

Once verified, your request will be processed and permanently deleted from our systems and connected services.

Users can request the deletion of their Facebook-linked account data from KT Clash at any time by sending an email to ktclash@kentash.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

Once verified, our support team will remove all Facebook Platform Data associated with that account from Firebase Authentication and the KT Clash database. This includes the user’s name, email, and Facebook ID used for login. The request is processed within 7 days, and users will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

6. Security

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Data handled by third-party SDKs (Facebook and Firebase) follows their respective security and compliance standards.

7. Children’s Privacy

KT Clash is intended for players aged 12 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If you believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us for immediate deletion.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect new features or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.

9. User Likeness & Content Release

By purchasing KT Legacy Caps and/or submitting any information or media to us (including but not limited to your name, display name, city/country, profile photo, portrait, artwork, voice, or other identifiers) for the purpose of generating a unique serial/card, you:

Grant of License.
Grant KENTASH STREETWEAR a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify (e.g., crop, color grade, resize), adapt, publish, display, distribute, and communicate your submitted materials and likeness in the KT Clash game, on our websites (including kentash.com), social channels, marketing materials, and packaging, and in connection with the sale and verification of your serial/card.
Publicity Consent.
Consent to the use of your name (or display name), likeness, and associated serial number for identification and promotional purposes relating to KT Clash and Kentash products and events, without additional compensation.
Ownership & Permissions.
Represent and warrant that (a) you own or control all rights in the submitted materials and likeness, or you have obtained all necessary permissions from the rights holder(s); and (b) our use as permitted here will not infringe any third-party rights.
Minors.
If a submitted likeness is of a person under the age of 18, you confirm that you are the parent/legal guardian and grant the above permissions on the minor’s behalf.
Duration & Withdrawal.
This license lasts for the life of the serial/card and related products. You may request removal from future digital uses by emailing ktclash@kentash.com (subject: Likeness Removal). We will act within a reasonable time for forward-looking digital displays. Already-issued physical goods, printed materials, and prior distributions cannot be recalled or altered.
No Harmful Use.
We will not use your likeness in a defamatory or misleading manner and will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.kentash.com/policy) and applicable law.
Data Handling.
You acknowledge that the personal data and images you submit will be processed to create, verify, and display your serial/card and may be stored with our service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, game services). You can exercise access/deletion rights by contacting ktclash@kentash.com.
